FELT EDICT NINE FRD
A look at what is to come from the 2014 Felt Nine bike fleet The FRD programme is a no holds barred approach to designing and building the finest bikes possible using money-no -object components. The project began last year with the introduction of the Nine FRD Hardtail, using TeXtreme速 carbon and some of the most advanced manufacturing processes in cycling resulting in a superlight (900g), yet super tough frame. For 2014 the FRD MTB range has grown to include the Edict Nine, a 100mm full suspension bike using the World Championship winning FAST platform. The good news is that all the lessons learnt on FRD help us improve and refine our entire mountain bike range, the same sharp handling geometry can be found on our entry level alloy bikes right through to the range topping carbon models.
