Available plots of Schiphol Logistics Park East Plot and development guidelines • A plot will be at least 15,000 square meters (1.5 hectares) in size. • A building will have a minimum footprint of 10,000 square meters. • If a building plan is divided into units, each unit will measure at least 2,500 square meters (footprint).
• No requirements will be imposed beforehand on a building’s depth. The dimensions of the •
buildings must fit in with the Schiphol Logistics Park structural plan. The supervisor will assess whether this is the case. Reservation agreement per periods of max. 3 months with extension possibilities.

Purchase specifications • Purchase price (level Jan 2012): € 314 per sq m excl. VAT. Prices will be indexed annually in accordance with ‘Central Bureau of Statistics’ price-index figure for family consumption, series of employee families (2006=100).
• Fee reservation agreement:
1.5 % of investment per 3 months. At actual ground take up the price will be reduced with the in advance paid reservation fee.
