The TELUS Garden development in Vancouver includes a LEED Platinum 22-storey office tower and a 53-storey residential tower. It contains 50,000m2 of office space, 4000m2 of retail space, and 424 residential units; transforming an entire city block into one of North America’s most technologically advanced commercial developments.
