Personally connecting with every patient

Caregivers who can empathize and take the time to get to know patients are at the heart of our success. We have deepened our commitment to a culture where every patient feels known and heard. We meet them where they are with culturally sensitive and accessible recommendations. Understanding they may not be ready for all steps in their care in their first visit and building trust is key. And our recently implemented ongoing anti-racism training helps ensure we don’t unknowingly perpetuate disparities.

Building stronger connections

We recently implemented a technologyenabled note-taking solution for our physicians to help them strengthen patient relationships. It takes the burden of documentation off the provider and allows them to focus on the patient. Patients know they matter and that we are listening.
