It monitors the morale within the organization – at the individual level as well as the collective company morale – with an overall goal of creating forums where all team members are comfortable and confident to share their thoughts, ideas and suggestions. This approach has resulted in more collaboration and unity in the S3 team. S3 has placed heavy emphasis on making the company attractive to new team members. It has created 19 jobs since 2018 and added a second shift in Q1 2022.
