Financial aid applications are available at www.ryeymca.org and at the Member Services Desk upon request, and are kept confidential.

SAFETY IS THE #1 REASON WHY EVERYONE MUST CHECK-IN AT THE Y Checking-in is important for security and accurate facility usage records, so that we can better serve you. We appreciate your cooperation. Ask your insurance company if they reimburse part of your Y membership fees. Scanning in is required to receive this benefit.

Guests All guests who are not active Y members in the Nationwide Membership Database may visit the Y up to 6 times per year for a fee: Adults/Seniors $20; Youth (17 years and younger) $5 per visit. Adults/Seniors must provide photo ID. The Rye YMCA reserves the right to limit the number of guests in the building at any given time. Guest fees can be applied to membership fees except college & youth memberships. Nationwide Membership We are proud to offer our members access to YMCA facilities across the United States that participate in Nationwide Membership. As a Rye Y member, you will now be able to use YMCAs in various locations, making it easier for you to achieve your health and wellness goals wherever you work or travel. Visit ymca.net/nationwide-membership and enter the name and zip code of your destination to find out if there is a participating YMCA in a particular location. Membership Screening: The YMCA conducts regular sex offender screenings on all members and may screen other guests and visitors as well. If a sex offender match occurs, the YMCA reserves the right to cancel membership, end program participation, and remove visitation access. Membership Holds Memberships may be put on hold for a minimum of one month (and no more than five months) within a twelve month period at a rate of $15/month. While your membership is on hold you may not use the Y or register for classes as a member. Hold status requires a 7 day written notice. Hold status does not apply to Youth or College Away memberships.

SNOW CLOSINGS/DELAYS: The Rye Y will do its

best to communicate storm-related delayed openings (and/or cancellations) as information becomes available to us. Decisions will be based on timing and severity of any storm and local school delays and cancellations.
