Jennifer Falco

Banquet Sales Consultant

Jennifer Falco is a Banquet Consultant at Russo’s On The Bay. She started her career and worked in her family restaurant for over 20 years. This experience afforded her the opportunity to learn the hospitality industry from every aspect. She has worked in various restaurants as a Waitress and Manager/Bartender. Her experience has enabled her to become a well rounded individual who can advise customers on all aspects of their affairs both in the front of the house and behind the scenes as well. Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology attained at Pace University. This degree helps her tremendously in dealing with people in the hospitality industry. Jennifer has also worked at Vetro Restaurant & Lounge, also owned by Frank Russo, Jr. Bringing to the table years of experience and technique in the catering and restaurant business has afforded Jennifer the success she is so proud. Jennifer is proud to work for such establishments as Russo’s On The Bay and Vetro Restaurant and Lounge and holds herself to the same high standards they are so eloquently known for.

Don Atienza

Banquet Sales Consultant

Don Atienza is a Banquet Consultant at Russo’s On The Bay and has worked at this establishment for over 10 years. Don has worked his way up, touching most departments such as Waiter, Captain, Terrace Supervisor and Kitchen expeditor just to name a few. This experience has allowed him to become a well rounded individual who has familiarity not only in the front of the house but behind the scenes as well. Don holds a degree in Hospitality Management attained at Baruch College. This degree furthers his expertise in the hospitality industry. Don has also worked at Vetro Restaurant and Lounge, the newest project of Russo’s On The Bay owner, Frank Russo, Jr. Bringing to the table years of experience and technique in the catering and restaurant business has afforded Don the success he is so proud of as one of Russo’s On The Bay’s Banquet Consultants. Don holds himself to the same high standards Russo’s On The Bay and Vetro Restaurant and Lounge are so elegantly known for.

Audrey Farino

Banquet Sales Consultant Audrey Farino is a Banquet Consultant at Russo’s On The Bay and has worked at this establishment for over 15 years. Audrey started her education in the Hotel and Hospitality Industry right out of high school after receiving a grant to participate in a postsecondary degree in Hotel Management at Queens College. Audrey has worked at such establishments as Deluxe Catering, Tony Roma’s & Sheraton West Hotel, coordinating reservations for catering, corporate events, social and wedding events as well. While employed at Best Western Hotels, she was in charge of hiring and training staff, scheduling and assisting with all activities of the property. This experience has allowed her to possess great knowledge of the catering and hospitality industry both behind the scenes and in the front of the house as well. Audrey prides herself on being a hard worker and is proud of the success she has achieved. Her latest accomplishment which she is so proud of is appropriating the highest wedding sales ever for Russo’s On The Bay in the first quarter of 2011. Audrey has also worked at Vetro Restaurant and Lounge, recently opened by Russo’s On The Bay owner, Frank Russo, Jr. Audrey brings to her customers the high level of dedication and expertise Russo’s On The Bay and Vetro Restaurant and Lounge are so elegantly known for.
