Vinnie Vitucci Chief Executive Assistant Now serving as Assistant to owner Frank Russo Jr., Vinnie joined the Russo’s family in 1994 as a receptionist for the company. Hard work and dedication quickly advanced her to Office Manager, and currently, she serves as Mr. Russo’s direct assistant as she continues her involvement in the office operations. Vinnie has also been a board member of Russo’s non-profit charitable organization “Angels on the Bay” since 1997, which helps children in need of a little miracle throughout the communities served by the company.

Catherine Burns Payroll & Billing Manager

Catherine has been with the Russo’s family since 6 months after the inception of Russo’s On The Bay. Beginning as a receptionist, she quickly assumed responsibilities in Payroll and Billing as the company grew, and within a year accepted a promotion as Manager of the Payroll & Billing department, where she has been since. Catherine has also been a board member of Russo’s non-profit charitable organization “Angels on the Bay” since 1995, which help children in need of a little miracle throughout the communities served by the company.

and best ingredients go into it, and Joey is personally responsible for making sure the chefs at Russo’s, Vetro, and Giardino have the best-of-the-best. With more than 15 years of dedicated service under our roof, Joey has worked through the operation to the top, and is well versed in the consistent quality we demand, representative of the Russo name. Everything from artichokes to Zinfandel at Russo’s must first pass Joey’s test that it’s the best.

Jeremy McMilleon Dining Room & Beverage Senior Manager Bringing a wealth of knowledge as a prior entrepreneur himself, Jeremy started at Russo’s in January 1990 as a

food runner, and quickly worked his way through the ranks before becoming a manager in 1996. He has worked in virtually every department in all of Russo’s locations, helping to ensure the quality we guarantee for each and every one of our clients.

Anthony Vernaci Human Resources Manager Anthony Vernaci is the newest member of the Russo’s On The Bay management team, joining Russo’s as

the HR Manager. Anthony graduated Summa Cum Laude from Manhattan College with a B.S. degree in Psychology and Biology and served as President of the Manhattan College Chapter of Psi Chi and Phi Beta Kappa. He has continued work on M.A. Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Iona College; receiving the program’s departmental award for highest GPA. Anthony is responsible for hiring and managing the talented team of professionals at Russo’s On The Bay for the developing HR department that services the myriad of needs across employees and locations.
