Everything from beds and lounge seating to tables and chairs are made with pride in our two US based manufacturing facilities - one plant in Grand Rapids, MI, and one plant in Lacey, WA.

Wesleyan College
Banks Hall
Originally constructed in 1928, the Banks Residential Hall lies in the heart of the Wesleyan College campus. After being closed for nearly a decade, the college announced their plans to reopen and renovate the historic hall. As part of this multi-year renovation of multiple residence halls, RT London jumped in to provide 124 beds for the student rooms, as well as furniture to fit their common spaces. As the “campus standard,” RT London’s solution-based approach helped Wesleyan College find the perfect furniture package.
Penn State University
East Hall | Nittany Apartments
Penn State’s Nittany Apartments underwent renovations to now accommodate four single students in each space. RT London partnered with Penn State to provide custom, elevated bed solutions to create the perfect studious and cozy environment. In addition to the Nittany Apartment renovation, RT London also assisted in one of the largest residence hall construction projects ever undertaken by the university for their East Halls. This multi-year renovation was tackled in phases and RT London designed and furnished all of the lounges for these buildings.

Grinnell College
Renfrow Hall
At the intersection between the town of Grinnell and its namesake college lies Renfrow Hall. An architecturally unique building that bridges local and collegiate communities, designed to promote social responsibility, cultural awareness, and mutual respect for all. RT London played a significant role in the selection and furnishings of this incredible, highly innovative, multifunctional space.

Indiana Tech
Troder Hall
When furnishing any campus, flexibility and contemporary design is critical to success but without superior durability, everyone loses sleep. Troder Hall of Indiana Tech University is a brand-new residence hall and it was important to them that it continues to look and perform as that for years to come. Thankfully, they can rest assured knowing that all 118 of their new residential rooms are furnished with the most durable products that are backed by an industry leading 25 year warranty.
