Hope in a Suitcase Australia (HIASC) is a non-profit organisation run by volunteers who are incredibly passionate about showing every child in the foster care system that they are loved and valued by their community. They aim to do this by giving them a suitcase of their very own to ensure they have a safe and secure place to pack their belongings and take with them wherever their journey may lead. All managers and volunteers, along with the founder deliver this inspiring initiative out of generosity and love. They are driven by passion. Through this partnership, we can make a difference in the lives of children entering out-of-home care, empowering them with love and self-worth. In turn, equipping them for the challenging journey ahead, creating a space for resilience and hope for their future.

Our last quarter’s sales figures proved to be stronger than anticipated. A late run on of buyer activity led to an excellent last few months.

James Redfern sold an office record price with an incredible ‘on the quiet’ transaction of a stunning Sorrento Cliff Top property.

Paul Armstrong sold a ‘special use’ farm within a very quick time frame (as second agent) at a very high price with clean terms.

Our short stay team hit the phones and called past guests which increased our weekend visitors book.

Our Property management consultants have spent a lot of time chatting with potential renters in order to combat the oversupply of property available for lease. Whilst our business support team worked tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure the smooth running of our group.

All in all, hard work has paid off and we continue to buck market trends.
