FOR LEASE

Hope in a Suitcase Australia (HIASC) is a non-profit organisation run by volunteers who are incredibly passionate about showing every child in the foster care system that they are loved and valued by their community. They aim to do this by giving them a suitcase of their very own to ensure they have a safe and secure place to pack their belongings and take with them wherever their journey may lead. All managers and volunteers, along with the founder deliver this inspiring initiative out of generosity and love. They are driven by passion. Through this partnership, we can make a difference in the lives of children entering out-of-home care, empowering them with love and self-worth. In turn, equipping them for the challenging journey ahead, creating a space for resilience and hope for their future.

HOLLY LONGMUIR MANAGING DIRECTOR Positive, Negative Mindset

With all the hype around ‘post-Covid, interest rate hikes and changing markets’, one thing we are sure of is that skill will always outshine charm. I am incredibly proud of the constant search for growth and learning by all our team. We know the power is in preparation and that the little things we do will create incredible results. Rather than lead with fear around things we can’t control, we move forward with confidence and make educated decisions about what we can control. I watch our people continually consult with our customers for positive outcomes. Despite the perceived uncertainty in the market, our sales and leasing teams have consistently achieved incredible results across the Mornington Peninsula. No mean feat! We won’t stop here. We will now assess and review in order to go from strength to strength.
