FEATURED AMBASSADOR W

What I like most about being an ambassador is the other ambassadors in the group! Besides the Chamber activities and getting to know the new Chamber members, being an ambassador has turned out to be one of the best networking groups I’ve been a part of. Doing business with people you know, like, and trust, is very easy in this group.

hen opening the IT Pro Source Roseville branch, one of the first things we did was join the Roseville Chamber. Within a few months, I knew that I wanted to be more involved with the Chamber. I explored my options, and the ambassador group stood out to me as a great way to get involved! After the 6 months of being a new member was up, I started the ambassador training program and have been in the program since.Mark Becker IT Pro Source

My favorite chamber event, easily, is SPLASH! The food and drink selection are amazing. You have the chance to try different things and find new favorites! Every SPLASH!, that I’ve gone to over the years, has been so much fun.

IGNITE continues 2023 with more professional growth opportunities this autumn. I encourage everyone to join us for “Fired Up!” Our Young Professional Women’s Forum on September 14th. We are partnering with the Female Leadership and Mentor Exchange (FLAME) to bring a wonderful speaker and panel on how young professional women can conquer the challenges they face entering the modern workforce and the importance of a mentor relationship for both parties.

Join us for a preview of the event at our August 11 Coffee Chat, 8:00 a.m. Bonnie Gore, Chairwoman of FLAME, will be speaking with us about the organization and how you can create a mentor relationship.

We are also making service a top priority for IGNITE. We will be supporting the Roseville Police Activities League with their “Bacon and Brew Bash” in October, we’ll be alongside the Roseville Chamber team for the annual “Light the Night” walk in Sacramento in November, and we’ll be wrapping gifts in support of the Lost but Not Forgotten organization in December. I hope you and your family join us in serving our wonderful community.

I look forward to seeing you soon!
