KEY RESULTS CONNECTING PEOPLE In order to enable connection and knowledge sharing within the organization, we have completed specific actions. Internally, we’ve implemented specific changes to the benefit of our active members: on a social note, we worked on encouraging the social bond within and amongst committees (e.g. Active Members Kick-Off Weekend Fall 2010, encouraging committee diners and weekly get-togethers, an enhanced portfolio Activity Teams and All Master Study Club events). Functionally speaking, we changed the set up of functional meetings especially with the introduction of the Chairman Meeting Cycle.

Strategy This platform has turned out to be a great means for chairmen to interact, as the agenda includes practical issues, training sessions, feedback questions and above all space for knowledge sharing.

We created a customized Social Information Platform (Max) with functionalities like active member contact information, polls, reservations system, forums as well as a Wiki with searchable and up to date information on practical (FAQ) issues. Further ambitions include creating a
