A Peek at OurSchedule

You’ll meet your new friends and then settle into your room where we’ll all get to freshen up and unwind before we get to know each other more and talk about all the fun we’ll have together for the next few days. After a delicious four course meal, we’ll head back to our rooms and rest up for a full three days together!

The next three days will be filled with morning prayer and walks, keynotes, breakout & implementation sessions, with a few creative and small group opportunities sprinkled in as well. Each night, we’ll toast to another day together over a gorgeous meal before we change into our pajamas for our late night fireside chats.

On our last morning, we’ll gather once more after a full delicious breakfast before we say our goodbyes at 10:30am Our schedule is full intentionally, and somehow our attendees still never want to leave!

When you arrive, we’ll greet you with a hug and welcome you to the gorgeous Reunion Resort.

The Venue

Located in Orlando, Florida, our experience takes place at the luxurious Reunion Resort.

Our venue is a luxurious mansion located in a private gated community

Over the 4 days you will enjoy the luxury of a King or Queen suite complete with private bathrooms (That's right a private room, no sharing). The home boasts two outdoor lounge areas, a pool, workout room, theatre, and a spa.

Start your morning in the workout room or walking the beautiful grounds during our morning prayer and walk Take in the lush scenery as you have morning coffee on the upstairs balcony Take some time in the afternoon to relax in the hot tub or take a lap around the pool.

In the evening you can enjoy a movie in the theatre or some quiet time in the sauna in the in-home spa.

We’ll kick-off our four-day soiree with a casual welcome party with specially prepared cuisine by Chef Blanche Expect socializing with new friends, spectacular sweets and a few fun surprises while the sun goes down!

Each night the specially curated meal will be served to coincide with the daily theme. You'll enjoy seafood selections, a luxury twist on your favorite comfort foods, and so much more

Can I bring my spouse, children, or family?

We believe that you are deserving of spending 4 days focused completely on you and your personal/business development! Because of this, only participating attendees are allowed on the property during our event.

What if I have a dietary need?

Just let us know in advance and we’re happy to accommodate you! Our chef is able to accommodate most common food allergies or dietary preferences

What should I wear, pack, bring?

We recommend a business casual attire or whatever fits your personality best for our sessions during the day You will want to pack cocktail dresses for the equally fun and beautiful evening cocktail parties and dinners but we recommend pairing them with flats or other cute and comfy shoes Marble floors and heels aren't a comfortable match Each evening at dinner and after will be a time for a fun girls night! We will provide the color schemes for each evening’s events so you can color coordinate Please bring swim attire so you can enjoy the pool and hot tub

Once you have reserved your spot, you will receice the detailed itinerary with a packing list

Do I need to bring a laptop?

We’re excited about all the face to face time you’re going to have with new friends, and we encourage you to unplug as much as possible, but it is a great idea to bring your laptop for our implementation sessions Be sure to turn your email Out of Office on while you’re at the retreat so you can take advantage of all the amazing opportunities to learn and connect!

You’ll want to watch the 7-day forecast to see what attire will be necessary that week you never know if it’s going to be on the warmer side or if there will be a pop-up rain shower.

Include some athletic shoes for morning walks. Pack as light as you’re able to and leave room in your bag for a few goodies.

I’m booking my flight, when should I arrive and depart?

Rooms will be available after 4pm ET and our program begins as early as 5:00pm ET on Thursday It is about a 45 min drive from the (MCO) Orlando Airport to Reunion Resorts When making travel arrangements, we recommend scheduling a flight that arrives no later than 1:30pm ET This will allow you to grab your bags, connect with another attendee for your own transportation, and time for the 45 min trip to Reunion Resort from the airport The program ends at 10:30am ET on Sunday and check-out is by 11am An ideal departure flight would be afternoon or early evening on departure day

How do I get there?

After flying into MCO, the main Orlando International Airport, our location is easily accessible by Uber or Rideshare and you will be given a code to enter the gated community.

Who will I room with?

Luxury experiences are private and exclusive, with that in mind, you will enjoy a private King or Queen room with a private en-suite bathroom. This helps to optimize your alone time to journal, reflect, and set goals for your level-up!

If you are coming with your biz bestie and desire to share a room there may be a limited option available.

Do I have to stay on the property?

Yes, the full experience includes the full accommodations and cannot be removed. We don’t want you to miss out on any of the fun we have planned once the sun goes down at night.

What’s the weather like?

In the Fall, expect temperate days with moderate humidity. It is often on the warmer side (low 80s) with a pop-up rain shower at this time of year. Again, it’s best to watch the 7-day forecast because it can often change quickly!

What is included in the registration?

Everything You simply arrive via your own transportation, and we take care of the rest! Your room, food and drink (including a few adult beverages) and all workshop content and materials, events and experiences. Quite simply, the only things not included are your airfare and transportation to/from our host location.

Don't worry we have every detail covered You will get all the info about what to bring and how to prep for your Luxury Photoshoot during your VIP branding session We'll talk about the look and feel you desire, fashion, hair, makeup and strategy

You will leave your VIP session with a clear direction to make you photoshoot experience amazing

I have 20+ years experience working with women in leadership positions and emerging entrepreneurs, so I firmly believe the experiences in this retreat is applicable to any business, the goal is to get started walking in your purpose and help guide you into your next level through powerful connection and accountability. I encourage you to bring your questions, get hot seat coaching, and collaborate with the other leaders at the retreat. You never know who your next client or business partner will be, come and be open to sharing.

What is your refund policy?

Due to the nature of this intimate event, details are planned and personalized far in advance for each of our guests, so all deposits and payments are 100% non-refundable and nontransferable We recommend you purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen illness or need to cancel Please inquire about our COVID-19 policies, we will strictly follow all CDC guideline in place at the time of the event

Do you offer payment plans?

We are pleased to offer a payment payment plan A non-refundable payment is due immediately with your application to hold your seat The remaining payment of your balance will be due in advance of arrival. We will hold a credit card on file that will automatically file payments on set dates. Payment Plan installments that are more than 2 days past due will forfeit registration and your seat will be sold.

We focus on one event at a time, so if you cannot make this one, you’ll want to sign up for our email list so you’ll be the first to know about our future plans.

What if I have physical limitations?

This retreat may not be for you if you have physical limitations. Our host property is marble floored and includes many opportunities for stairs across the property. We want you to feel at home and at ease in our experience and the last thing we want is for you to feel overwhelmed in moving from each session.

There are so many wonderful workshops and conferences out there. How do I choose which one is best for me?

If there is anyone who is a fan of continued learning, it’s Rasheda! We’d actually recommend you attend all your favorites if you can! That awesome idea aside, we really can’t tell you what is the perfect fit for you, only you have that answer. We can recommend to choose a conference that is best in line with your current needs and personal growth. Usually you have a gut feeling when it comes to the likely place where you feel like you’d most fit in and get the most benefit from. Obviously, we hope the Audacious Woman Experience is at the top of your list!

What kind of women will attend?

The majority of attendees will range in age from mid 30s to mid 50s Most are married with families and are looking to connect with similar audacious women leaders That said, we welcome women of all ages and backgrounds! You do need to be 21 years of age or older to attend
