Come join the Main Street Merchants and the Roselle Park District for our first annual Roselle Fitness Festival! This 2.5 hour fitness event features workouts by multiple small businesses from our local community, teaming up to provide a morning filled with fun, fitness, and fuel! Please join us at the start of the event at the corner of Main Street and Prospect Street. Wear exercise gear and be ready to sweat. Please be courteous of others. Keep your dog on a leash and notify walkers when you are passing by on a bike.

Zumba
Ages 16+

Dance your way to a fitter and healthier you! Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music/dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting class based on the principle that a workout should be “FUN AND EASY TO DO.” The routines feature an aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.

RIP by Group Rx is a barbell workout that incorporates functional strength training. Every movement plan is attacked using the barbell and body weight. RIP features safe and motivating exercises and great music to create a thrilling atmosphere.
Spin
Ages 16+

Spin is a highly effective way to build cardiovascular strength and endurance. Designed for all ages and fitness levels, Spin offers a challenging 60-minute ride with fun energizing music. It’s the perfect opportunity to get your heart pumping while you burn some serious calories.

No matter what age you are, we all need to stay in shape and have more energy. In this class we do cardio, strength training, balance, mobility, and flexibility. This class is geared to YOU, and we will find activities that fit your individual needs.
Pilates
Ages 18+
Instructor: Pauline
Strengthen and lengthen your muscles while improving and restoring the natural curvature of the spine. All exercises consist of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength movements which target the core muscles. Regular class participation can increase muscular strength and endurance, balance, body awareness, and coordination. Please bring a mat to class.
T’ai Chi Ch’uan & T’ai Chi for Health
Ages 13+

Through practice your mind can achieve a stillness and clarity rarely experienced with other forms of exercise. Practice strengthens the immune system, balance, coordination, flexibility and strength. It also reduces blood pressure, stress, releasing a feeling of positive energy to flow through your body. Tai Chi for Health is gentle rocking motions and stretching movements that improve circulation and digestion and reduce physical tension. Yoga

Yoga is a gentle and relaxing all-level class that works deeply into the connective tissues and joints of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine. This is a great class for all level students looking for a restful class that focuses on restoring flexibility and joint motion.
Youth Yoga
Ages 8-12

Build strength, flexibility and confidence through yoga geared towards youth! We’ll practice poses, build strength, develop focus, enhance flexibility, and enjoy moments to practice mindfulness.
