Residential unit sales in 2018 were down 10% compared to 2017 given new stress test and financing regulations. We have moved towards a balanced market with an increase in supply. The average sale price is up 4% at 422,000 compared to 2017 which was a record year for prices in the region. We expect prices to remain stable in 2019. Niagara & Dunnville will continue to develop and grow. Transportation Infrastructure, improving economy, and overall lifestyle are contributing factors.
