Open Arms Walk
We were fortunate enough to be a part of an inter-area project. Janice Elizabeth Benn from Open Arms Home for Children in Komga, walked from Port Elizabeth in Eastern Province all the way to Komga in the Eastern Cape. More than 400km by foot. She did this to raise awareness and funds for the home.

The EP tablers helped her all the way up to Port Alfred and then the border tablers took over and assisted the rest of the way. It was great to see how well the areas worked together. Im really excited to do more projects together with our brothers from EP.
Janice arrived after her 7 day journey much to the joy of the kids in the home. It was humbling to see first hand the joy and love they have for Janice. To spite the rain the kids were not deterred from dancing and singing as they welcomed her home. We will stay in touch with Janice and assist wherever possible.
Thanks to the boys from EP it was great working together and I look forward to the next one.
