HOW CAN YOU GET INVOLVED ?

1 – Register as a participant: Early Bird pricing Ends Soon

Our second early bird period runs from the 1st of May to the 30th of June. From the 1st of July onwards, an additional 10% increase will be added to all registration costs. This shows that securing your spot at the World Meeting as soon as possible is wise.

We have made registering easy and created many options for joining the World Meeting. We have registration packages, including and excluding accommodation. We also have registration options available for specific days only. You can build your own World Meeting experience to your exact wishes.

What is included in the price?

We realise that joining the World Meeting is expensive with the current exchange rate. With a prohibition against offering local Tabler's discounts, we are limited in what we can do on a pricing front.

Another common question is "What is included in the registration?". Your registration includes:

• Collection and return at the Cape Town International Airport during the RTI World Meeting;

• All transport during the RTI World Meeting to and from events and meetings;

• Accommodation at a 4-star minimum hotel, including breakfast for the nights as registered (if registered with accommodation);

• Lunch and dinner daily, with meal preferences to be catered for as registered;

• Access to all meetings and events as per the RTI World meeting schedule;

• Goodie bag worth R 3,000 when registering for the entire event; and

• Drinks are subject to reasonable limits.

Remember that this is a 5-day, 4-night event, and it is fully inclusive, with you having to spend very little, if any, of your own money.

Many more surprises are being planned; without knowing the full number of registrations, it is impossible to know and list everything we have planned. It is essential to know that the goal is not

2 - Why not join the WM team?

Why not get your hands dirty and become part of the team? We are looking for hands to help us during the event. We have several roles that we need help with during the World Meeting. Should you be interested in helping out, please contact us at convenor@rtiwm.org. Attached in this mass mailer and the mass mailer in May, we sent out the Manpower requirements document. We still have some jobs available to help subsidise your event.

At the Nations night on the 7th of September, we will make 6 different potjies. We have invited areas to be involved and will sponsor 2 tickets per area to help us make the Nations Night a great success. This evening is an unmissable highlight of any major RTI event, and with your help, it will be the best ever. Get in touch with your area Chairman, who has the details on how you can get involved.

3 – Using your network

Lastly, for those who has connections and those who know the right people. We are looking for sponsorships for items relating to the World Meeting. This can range from transport to goodies, gifts, or wine. We are incentivising anyone who comes with a sponsorship that we use with a rebate for the event. We will offer 25% of the value of the sponsored item we use as a credit at the event, so getting your tickets fully paid for is possible!!!
