The tower has 11 tuned mass dampers housed inside the steel exoskeleton.
The steel bracing and trusses were prefabricated about 15km (9Â miles) away and transported to the site on special 40-axle trailers.
The 56-storey tower has 120,000 sq m (1.29 million sq ft) of floor area.
