WELCOME BACK, RICK: Rick Schendel was a member of our club before he moved to Nassau, Bahamas, for a job He has moved back to Lakewood Ranch and was inducted, again, into our club on Sept 15 His classification is Digital Assets We are so glad to have him back! Did you know he was District 6960's New Member of the Year during former President Bill Porter's year? Well, yes, his sponsor and mentor is Bill Porter.

THE Small Group Meal programIS under way. Two clipboards with sign up sheets were passed around at the Sept. 8 club meeting and will continue to be circulated at meetings. One sheet is for hosts (it's the blue one), and the red one is for people to attend as a guest.

Hosts receive event guidelines and an invitation template. Pairings between hosts and guests are made with considerations such as mixing longstanding members with newer ones, or those with complementary interests, or just randomly putting people together knowing that they will enjoy finding out about each other. The wait time for an invitation depends on when and how many members sign up to be hosts If you sign up as a guest, you will be invited to a Small Group Meal

Your $25 contribution per guest will be given to the discretionary fund of the Rotary Club of Lakewood Ranch Be a part of this fun program Please contact Dorothy Bodenburg at 714 960 0971 for any questions
