Christmas Service The annual Old Rossallian Festival of Nine Lessons and Carols once again ended the year on a high note as over 400 Old Rossallians and their families joined us in Chapel. The Choir, aided by ORs including Jane Wilkinson, Peter Bowden, Jimmy Canning and Matthew Baldwin, were magnificent and it is wonderful to see more ORs returning each year to join us at this event. Those invited to read included Graeme Marrs (F 51-57), Aimee Hindle (Wr 12-14), Ian Preston (J & Pe 66-73), Francesca Parker (Dn 98-09), Jimmy Canning (Pe 00-07), Hannah Jenkinson (JS & Dn 96-12) and Jake Thompson (MC 00-09). Afterwards, guests were warmed up with mulled wine and mince pies in Dining Hall, whilst catching up with friends and sharing their Christmas plans. It was, indeed, a fitting way to end what has been a very successful year of events for the Old Rossallian community.
