achievements F.F. & E. BASIS OF DESIGN AND BUDGETING 2017 - 2018
Managed a 1.4 million dollar equipment budget for a 17 million dollar construction project for large University Gym Facility. Prepared cost estimates from design concepts and specifications as requested for project purposes. Maintained full inventory of furniture, fixtures and equipment along side architects and contractors. Generated drawings and specifications to ensure that the entire scope of work had been satisfied.
THEME WALL INSTALLATION DESIGN 2017
Designed Theme wall at main school courtyard. Participated in all phases of design development from field notes to production. Maintained immaculate record of all phases. Coordinated with architect, client, vendors and contractors. Acquired estimates from various vendors based on detail drawings and renderings of proposed design. Created installation guide to instruct professionals on the field. Conducted business and design meetings regarding cost, ligthing, material choice and the logistics of installation.

In recognition for serving students during the academic year and enriching the school’s professional program by encouraging team activities for learning to plan for a sustainble community life. A design movement that emphasizes principles of walkability and the layout of public spaces and stores.There are decisions in design that can promote environmentally friendly practices, improving pedestrian life, activating the urban center with local businesses, which generates more jobs and boosts the economy.
