Design report for the Architecture Masters project by Rosemary Milne: "How to Clothe a Naked City: Architectures in a Discrepant Landscape."
Completed at Edinburgh School of Architecture and Landscape Architecture (ESALA) between 2018 and 2020 under the supervision of Adrian Hawker and Victoria Claire Bernie as part of their studio "Island Territories: Manhattan."
An architectural design project situated between fact and fantasy, "How to Clothe a Naked City" proposes nine new architectures for Manhattan's Broadway and Times Square, using topographic discrepancy's in Manhattan's changing geographical landscape to give utterance and presence to the demographic discrepancies inherent in Manhattan as an urban metropolis.
