Subaru
Subaru engines are available in New South Wales, through Aztex Equipment. These great engines are manufactured by Fuji Heavy Industries, Japan—who also manufacture powered products, automobiles, aeroplane parts, snowmobiles and jet skis, and the award-winning rally cars. Subaru is one of the four largest engine manufacturers in the world, currently producing over 1,200,000 engines annually. All engines are test run at the FHI factory in Japan, and xome with a two year warranty. All engine models are based on the advanced Subaru engine technology with heavy-duty features
including aluminium alloy blocks with cast iron cylinder liner, electronic ignition with automatic timing adjustment, dual ball bearing supported crankshaft, automatic decompression system, and splash type lubrication. The Subaru engine range has been sold in Australia for over 40 years, and is now available through over 600 stockiest nationwide, with a strong network of spare parts and service agents in every state. Subaru engines are the engine of choice by most of the large Hire/Rental companies around Australia as their performance and reliability stands alone amongst competitors. There are currently five engine series, with a model to suit your application requirements. EX Overhead Cams – Chain-driven Overhead Cam, OHV, Air-Cooled, 4-Cycle, Horizontal PTO Shaft Petrol Engines, Available in 6 hp, 7 hp and 9 hp models.
EH Engines – Air Cooled, 4-Cycle, Horizontal an Vertical PTO Shaft Petrol Engines, Available from 4.0 hp to 25 hp. Vertical Shaft is only available as V-Twin configuration.
EY Engines – Side Valve, 4-Cycle engines normally used in general applications (e.g., low mowers). Available from 3.5 hp to 10 hp.
DY Diesel Engines – Air cooled, diesel engines with low maintenance requirements. Ideal for use in mining an dot her industries where diesel fuel is preferred over petrol.
KX Karting Engines – Performance built for sporting use in karting and racing applications. High power, high performance.
