We, the family of the late Mai McManus, wish to express our sincere gratitude to all who sympathised and supported us on our recent bereavement. We would like to extend our deepest thanks to those who called to our home, attended the Wake, Removal and Funeral Mass, especially those who travelled long distances, sent Mass cards, Mass Enrolments, letters of sympathy and floral tributes. We would like to give special thanks to our extended family, neighbours, friends and work colleagues for their kindness, generosity, help and support. We wish to thank all those who brought food to the house and those who worked tirelessly in the house to provide refreshments to all. We would like to give a special word of appreciation to the management and staff of Innis Ree Lodge, Lanesboro, who cared so well for our mother during her long stay. We would also like to acknowledge and thank Tom Shivnan, Funeral Director for the dignified and professional manner in which the Funeral arrangements were carried out. Grateful appreciation is also due to the gravediggers who prepared Mai’s final resting place. A sincere thanks to Fr. Cathal Faughnan who gave us great solace in our time of sorrow and who celebrated the Funeral Mass. We would also like to thank Carmel Hackett on the beautiful music chosen for our mum. As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our sincere gratitude and appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass has been offered for all your intentions. A month’s Mind Mass for Mai will be offered in the Church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Keadue on Sunday 25th October 2015 at 12 noon.

John’s brother Michael, nephew, nieces and extended family of the late John Deane would like to take this opportunity to express sincere appreciation to everyone for their expressions of sympathy, kindness and support shown to them on their recent loss. Thanks to Dr. Brennan and to the staff and the Palliative Care Team at Roscommon General Hospital who took great care of John in his final days. Thanks also to the Pallitive Home Care Team for calling to John’s home so regularly. A special word of thanks to Fr. Glennon and Fr. Mullaney who were regular visitors to John’s home and also to Fr. Beirne who was so caring before and on the morning John passed away. Thanks to all who called to his home and attended his Removal, Funeral Mass and Burial. Thank you to those who sent Mass Cards and letters of sympathy and to all who travelled long distances to be with us and for those who made donations to the Cancer Society. Sincere thanks to Fr. Glennon and Fr. Mullaney for the beautiful Mass, prayers and support and to the Altar Servers. To the Clooneycolgan Choir for their lovely music and songs. Thanks to the Abbey Hotel Roscommon for providing a lovely meal after the burial. Thanks to Pat Smyth Undertakers for their courteous and professional manner in which the Funeral arrangements were carried out. Thanks to the gravediggers who prepared John’s final resting place. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our appreciation and gratitude. Paul’s parents Pat and Mary, sisters Sandra and Grace, fiancée Pamela and extended family, wish to express our heartfelt thanks to everyone who sympathised and supported us on the sudden loss of our beloved son, brother and fiancé, Paul. We are thankful to all our relatives, friends and neighbours who supported us at this difficult time, from the moment we got the news and for many months afterwards to help us in any way they could. Thank you to all those that provided refreshments during the ten days leading up to Paul’s Funeral. For everyone that helped with the traffic management and to those who erected the marquee and lights at Paul’s home house for the days of his Wake and Funeral. Thank you to those that travelled from far and near, including New York, to sympathise with us and attend Paul’s Funeral Mass and Burial. Thank you to those who sent Mass Cards, sympathy cards, letters, telephone messages and flowers. For everyone that so generously donated to Pieta House – thank you. A special word of thanks to the gravediggers who prepared Paul’s resting place so beautifully and to the Altar Servers, the choir and all the Priests who helped celebrate Paul’s Funeral Mass. Thanks to all Paul’s friends who formed a Guard of Honour at the Church. Sincere thanks to Fr. Leahy and Fr. McDonagh for all their prayers and kind words. Thank you to Flanagan’s Undertakers for all their support, guidance and attention to detail. Thank you to all of Paul’s relations, friends, work colleagues and everyone who attended a Memorial Service at Lynch’s Undertakers in Queens, New York and to Lynch Undertakers for all their help. Thank you to the Paul’s aunt Ann and the Walsh family, who escorted Paul on his final journey home from Queens. We would especially like to thank Paul’s aunt Ann, for all her help, support and assistance in New York. We would like to thank The Emerald Isle Immigration Centre in Woodside, Queens, The Irish Consulate, Aer Lingus, especially the cabin crew who couldn’t help us enough on our journey home with Paul. Thank you also to Dublin Airport for all their help and assistance and the Garda Siochana for their Garda Escort. Thank you to Paul’s employers Eamonn McDonald and Gene Reilly and all his work colleagues in Mc&O Contracting for their support during this difficult time. As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we hope you will accept this as a token of our sincere appreciation and gratitude. Paul’s First Anniversary Mass will be celebrated on Sunday 18th October in St. Patrick’s Church, Ballinaheglish at 11am. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Sadly missed along life’s way, Quietly remembered every day, No longer in our life to share, But in our hearts, he is always there.
