OUR PATRON Jan Stefan Dworak
December 13th, we celebrated the Feast of Schools Traditionally, each class prepares stand with Silesian dishes. This year a group of students prepared the European stand where we served dishes according to your recipes.
Previously, we prepared several dishes according to your recipes which you had placed on TwineSpace. Here are photos of the preparation.

We prepared and measured the products we need.
At first we put all the products into the bowl.
Then we tried to get the right density.
When everything was connected, we put the pastry on the table. Then we tried to get the correct thickness using a roller. Finally, we cut the thin pastry into pieces and we put them on the plate with flour.
At the end we put our "biscuits " into the pot with hot oil.
The cookies are ready to eat.
Lithuanian Skruzdﾄ様ynas (2) For our party I decided to choose it to prepare. I took the day before the event. My mum helped me in preparation. I had no problem with buying products.
Before starting the cooking I prepared all the necessary ingredients and utensils. I was afraid that I burn the cake ..
But fortunately, everything came out well :-)
When I threw all necessary ingredients into the bowl. I began to knead.
I don’t like kneading the dough so that my mum replaced me.
My mum as usual did it perfectly :-)
Well, after rounding we started to fry it. Instead of oil we used lard
At this stage I didn't need my mother no longer. I could manage with decorating myself.
It should have been anthill ;)
CHOCOLATE BALLS FROM SWEDEN
In accordance to your recipe we prepared the neccessary ingredients.
After mixing all of these ingredients we formed the balls.
We rolled them in coconut and it was done.
The first class students and three teachers (involved in the project) have served the dishes.
Our stand was really popular.
So all of these dishes disappeared very quicky.
All people liked what we prepared very much and everything was sold. All of earned money we devoted to charity.
