Legal And Compliance

Advise your lawyer of your plans or appoint a lawyer if you do not have one

Ask your lawyer to check the title and all easements and covenants

Compile a file with all relevant home information: plans, guarantees, instruction manuals

Organise a building inspection and attend to items identified

Ensure the letterbox is cleaned out everyday
