Home inspections can be a challenging aspect of the property selling process. We will always try to give you as much notice as possible. To make the process less stressful, we suggest keeping the property “inspection ready” at all times.

A great presentation is key, so be sure to open all windows, curtains, and blinds to make the home as light and airy as possible. Less is more, so declutter the home and make sure all minor repairs are completed. The emptier a home looks, the bigger it will appear.

Additionally, make the buyers feel comfortable by keeping the temperature of the home at a comfortable level, and keep the environment peaceful with minimal noise and distractions. Keep pets out of the way, and preferably out of the home during inspections.

We will organise formal times for Open Homes over the weekends with you.
