Výrobní divize PROSTIMZET PLUS společnosti M&V, s. r. o. se zabývá výrobou a prodejem nástrojů a nářadí značky STIMZET. Vznikla na začátku roku 2010 odkoupením bývalé firmy STIMZET a.s. velkoobchodní firmou M&V, s. r. o. Cílem společnosti je nabízet zákazníkům z řad průmyslových podniků a profesionálů, ale také obchodním organizacím, vysoce kvalitní nástroje pro obrábění otvorů. Výrobní program firmy tvoří zejména vrtáky, výhrubníky, výstružníky, záhlubníky a speciální nástroje značky STIMZET vyráběné z nejkvalitnější rychlořezné oceli HSS a HSSCo. V současné době je společnost jedním z jejich nejvýznamnějších evropských producentů. Tohoto postavení dosáhla zejména díky své orientaci na zákazníka a výhodným cenám nástrojů při zachování jejich vynikající kvality. Kromě standardních produktů vyrábí také speciální nástroje dle požadavků zákazníka. Tradice výroby nástrojů na otvory a cesta k současnému úspěchu značky STIMZET začala již v roce 1937 v bývalé firmě Zbrojovka Vsetín. Výsledkem spojení dlouholetých zkušeností s využíváním moderních technologií a neustálými inovacemi je vysoká kvalita nástrojů STIMZET a tomu odpovídající spokojenost našich zákazníků. Manufacturing division PROSTIMZET PLUS of M&V, s.r.o. is engaged in manufacturing and sale of tools with the brand mark STIMZET. This division results at the beginning of 2010, when the wholesaler M&V, s.r.o. has aquired STIMZET, Inc. The aim of the company M&V is to offer the high quality tools for hole machining to custommers, plants, engineers and trading companies as well. The production program is comprised of primarily drills, reamer drills, reamers, countersinks, counterbores and special tools of brand mark STIMZET, made of high-quality high speed steel (HSS or HSS-Co). Actually is the company one of the most significant European manufacturers of this tools. This standing of the firm was achieved by its orientation on custommer and by accommodating prices of tools at maintenance of its excellent quality. Outside of standard tools, the special tools according to customer´s requirements are manufactured as well. Manufacturing tradition of tools for holemaking and the way to actual success of the brand mark STIMZET was beginning in the year 1937 in the former firm Zbrojovka Vsetín. The long standing experiences with utilisation of modern technologies in conjunction with continual innovations assure the high quality of tools STIMZET and appropriate satisfaction of several hundreds of custommers. Der Produktionsbereich PROSTIMZET PLUS der Großhandelsfirma M&V GmbH befasst sich mit der Herstellung und Verkauf der Werkzeuge von Warenzeichen STIMZET. Dieser Geschäftszweig entstand anfangs 2010 durch den Aukauf der ehemaligen Firma STIMZET, a.G. durch die Großhandelsfirma M&V GmbH. Alle Aktivitäten der Firma sind darauf gezielt, den Kunden vom Industriebereich, den Professionalen und Handelsorganisationen höchstwertige Werkzeuge für die Bohrungsbearbeitung anzubieten. Werkzeugprogram der Firma umfasst vor allem Bohrer, Reibahlen, Senker und kundenspezifische Sonderlösungen; alle Werkzeuge sind vom HSS und HSSCo Qualitätsstahl gefertigt. Zur Zeit gehört die Firma zu den bedeutendsten europäischen Produzenten und diese Markstellung wurde vornehmlich dank der konsequenten Kundenorientierung und durch günstigen Preise bei der Erhaltung der Spitzenqualität der Werkzeuge erreicht. Die langjährige Tradition der Bohrungswerkzeuge und der Weg zum gegenwärtigen Erfolg der Warenzeichen STIMZET begann schon im Jahre 1937 in der damaligen Firma Waffenwerk Vsetín. Das Ergebnis der Verbindung von langjährigen professionellen Erfahrungen, dem Einsatz der modernsten Fertigungstechnologien und ununterbrochenen Weiterentwicklungen ist die Spitzenqualität der Werkzeuge STIMZET und die entsprechende Zufriedenheit unserer Kunden.
