Another user said that after connecting an Anne Pro 2 software keyboard via USB, the computer failed to identify it and the keyboard abruptly ceased functioning. He attempted to restart the computer, unhook the keyboard from the computer, and reset the keyboard, but none of these methods were successful. He attempted to connect to a different keyboard, and the device recognised the port and appeared to be operating OK.
