Swimming pool: Villa La Massa is a fascinating Medici dwelling of the 16th century on the outskirts of Florence. In 1948 it was turned into a hotel and continues with its five hundred years of history, to tell us tales of Renaissance splendour and the lifestyle of Florentine aristocrats.
Villa La Massa has a heated swimming pool, exclusively for guests, situated next to its restaurant "Il Verrocchio". In summer the Pool Bar offers an ideal menu for light lunches beside the pool. The swimming pool is open every day during the summer months. Location: Villa La Massa is situated to the south of Florence, only a few kilometers from the exit "Firenze sud" of the A1 motorway. At the disposal of our guests there is a Shuttle to take them, 7 days a week and free of charge, from the hotel into Florence, dropping them off close to Ponte Vecchio.
