Homes seen in price range as determined in consultation with a mortgage broker just like buying a home you obtained a mortgage for 2) Live in your “lease to own home” like you already own it a. You are free to renovate your home as you wish b. Free to upgrade appliances c. Free to sublet property d. Free to run a home business e. Free to have pets 3) We offer an ethical “lease to own” contract that minimizes your risk a. Refund of down payment if you are unable to continue the lease option b. If you do not qualify for a mortgage at the end of the term of our lease then we extend the time to a maximum of 10 years c. You gain time to optimize your credit rating d.
