LUNA-REYES NAMED NAPA FELLOW On November 3, 2021, the National Academy of Public Administration (NAPA) officially inducted Rockefeller College Associate Professor Luis Felipe Luna-Reyes into the Academy as a 2021 Fellow. Selection of the Academy’s new Fellows follows a rigorous review of the individual’s contributions to the field of public administration and policy. Founded in 1967 and later chartered by the United States Congress, NAPA is focused on helping Luis Luna-Reyes government leaders solve their most critical management challenges. The Academy provides expert advice to government leaders in building and managing more effective, efficient, accountable, and transparent organizations. Fellows of the Academy include former cabinet officers, Members of Congress, governors, mayors, and state legislators, as well as prominent scholars, business executives, and public administrators. Election as a fellow is one of the highest honors bestowed upon scholars in the field of public administration and policy. Luna-Reyes, vice chair of Rockefeller College’s Department of Public Administration and Policy, is a former Fulbright Scholar and current Faculty Fellow at the Center for Technology in Government. He is also a member of the Mexican National Research System, serves as President of the Digital Government Society, and is a member of the NASPAA Executive Council. Luna-Reyes’ research is at the intersection of public administration, information systems, and systems sciences.
