Increase Sales Any lucrative business requires someone with sales expertise and in order for that person or team to perform efficiently it is crucial that you have sales processes that include relevant and personalised goals. From here, it is best to firstly identify the tasks that have most benefited your sales process. You will then be in the position to further assess your sales processes and implement new strategies that will continue to increase sales revenue. eg: Calling and following up old leads.
