Keystone Central School District is the largest geographic district in the state of Pennsylvania, covering municipalities in parts of Clinton, Centre, and Potter counties. In Centre County, students living in rural areas of Curtin and Liberty townships attend Keystone Central schools. Liberty-Curtin Elementary School is in Blanchard. The district includes Lock Haven University, located in the Clinton County seat of Lock Haven. Parts of Sproul State Forest, Bald Eagle State Park, and Foster Joseph Sayers Lake are all here.
