Dear Friends, Spring is here, meaning it’s now the time of year when home sales begin to pick up. As shown in our included Market Trends data, closed sales for February were up 31% over January, and this trend is likely to continue as the weather gets warmer and the days get longer.

There are now better opportunities for showings later in the day, which means more potential buyers can look at homes during the week after work while the sun is still shining. The prime selling season is upon us. Now is the time to get things rolling if you want to sell your home this year. Even if you want to wait until May or June to sell, there might be work to do now.
