Robert Scott Russell has nearly two decades of experience working in law enforcement. Much of that experience takes place in the Naples, Florida-based City of Naples Police Department (1999-2001) and the Collier County Sheriff’s Office (2001-2017).

A graduate of Florida State University (1996), Robert Scott Russell joined the City of Naples Police Department as Law Enforcement Officer in 1999. He served on the Department’s Uniformed Patrol until 2001, when he officially became a part of the team at Collier County.
