James is the officer in charge of the 333rd Aircraft Maintenance Unit, overseeing all maintenance for the USAF’s largest F-15E Flying Training Unit. He is responsible
for the execution of the Air Force’s largest F-15 annual Flying Hour Program. The Guthries live in North Carolina.
