MESSAGE FROM YOUR FIRE CHIEF

For 2023, in addition to normal operations, the Richer Fire Department is planning on paving an area in front of the new door of the fire hall as well as installing a new exterior sign.

Spring is here (we think!). Once things start drying up, everyone must be cautious of creating any sparks or starting fires outdoors which could cause a grass/bush fire.

Stay alert for public notices in the event that we must impose fire bans, and read up on the RM Fire By-law to understand what your responsibilities are whenever choosing to start a fire.
