Artificial intelligence is gradually replacing human beings. transportation, water and informational networks use artificial intelligence in their system. sensors and chips with which the infrastructure, streets and buildings are fitted. High capacity transit replace with low capacity automated vehicles to save space for transportation.

Cars are circulated in closed loop.

City is adaptable for climate changes and global warming. As a dynamic complex system places emphasis on the interactions and connectivity of the flows through its infrastructures, city is selfsufficient.

City is sustainable for large population and large amount of resources needed.

Heading high density and peak are located in certain areas in certain time because programs distributed unevenly. Most blocks have largest occupation of one certain program to cause people concentrating. Lack of mixed-use block in a day cause the flow peak at certain time in a day people mostly experience different programs horizontally through pedestrian streets. The vertical spaces are mostly for one single program. City needs vertical assembly to emphasize vertical movement to release peak in a day. Usage of floor space for CBD is quite low although population and space requirements are increasing. Buildings are lower in centre area of CBD so floor space usage is not sufficient.

The idea is to extract existing car parking, then reduce the floor space and enlarge capacity. And highway connected each car parking is through buildings for people who can directly drive to destination and park. adopting highway can enlarge pedestrian street. So green streets can be larger. parking capacity need to be larger based on requirements calculation. maximize floor area ratio, the way is to increase the total usable surface area of buildings or increase height of building. For integrating multiple user groups in a block, Multi-use block is built on percentage of each program.

Blocks are adaptable for different user groups. Blocks have larger usage of floor space for saving pedestrian street space and increasing population, especially the centre area with most pedestrians. Also, To avoid traffic congestion and reduce the random proliferation of parking lots, defending itself against the automobile, streets are reorganised by speed. streets for cars and pedestrians are separated on different level.
