REAL ESTATE & PERSONAL PROPERTY TAX
Arkansas does not collect a state property tax. However, cities and counties collect property tax, which is the principal source of revenue for those units of government. In Benton County, assessments are made on all property, real and personal. The assessment on real estate is 20% of the true or market value. Personal property tax assessment is 20% of the usual value of such property. 60 |
