What is the Delivery Program 2022/23-2025/26? The Delivery Program is Council’s four-year statement of commitment to the community from the elected Council. It allows Council to determine what is achievable over the term, what the priorities are, and how programs will be scheduled. This Program is the primary reference point for all activities that Council will undertake over the four-year period 2022/23-2025/26 to bring us closer to our shared community vision and goals as set out in our Community Strategic Plan 2040. It is supported by Council’s annual Operational Plans which are created each financial year as a sub-plan of the Delivery Program.
