We’re excited to share progress on the Department’s Strategic Plan initiatives.

As we prepare for our upcoming manager retreat in February, our focus is on finalizing projects and to continue identifying opportunities to operationalize our strategic goals.

This fall, we introduced a high-level overview of the Strategic Plan draft during the September AllHands meeting. Following that initial introduction, we hosted a series of Strategic Plan Listening sessions. These breakout meetings were designed to give staff collaborative access to their teams, divisions, and leadership.

These sessions were marked by enthusiastic participation and thoughtful feedback, providing valuable insights that helped shape our direction.

The input gathered was instrumental in guiding managers as they developed their HR Strategic Plan Ownership Initiative projects.

Currently, these projects are under review by the Executive Team. Once finalized, we’ll begin memorializing the major milestones for each initiative and corresponding projects, setting the stage for meaningful progress in the year ahead.

A huge thank-you to every employee who baked, donated, and supported our HR Bake Sale! Because of your generosity, we raised $712.50! HR teamwork never tasted so good!
