Cold, dry air. Harsh winds. Indoor heating. Winter can be particularly unforgiving on our skin. External aggressors such as wind, cool temperatures and low humidity are heightened, so our skin requires extra support.

Our skin is the vital interface between our internal and external environments, constantly working to shield us from the outside world. In winter, however, lower humidity, warm, dry indoor air, and exposure to the elements, including wind and rain, can dehydrate the skin and compromise its barrier. The result? Increased dryness, sensitivity, and irritation.

To combat this, hydration, nourishment, & barrier support are key. We asked two everyday women, Brenda and Kiris, to share their personalised Emma Lewisham skincare routines, the perfect inspiration to guide your winter skin rituals.

Kiris’ Morning Routine

1. Cleanse (Everyday)
