Entry Level/ Foundation Studies

These are pre-GCSE level and are ideal for those who didn’t get the grades they hoped for at school and want to improve their education. Level 1

A step up from Entry Level. These one-year courses are the equivalent of GCSE grade 3. Level 2 courses are the equivalent of GCSE grade 4.

Level 3 courses can be taken as Foundation Diplomas, Extended Certifiates, Diplomas or Extended Diplomas. Extended Diplomas are equivalent to three A Levels. We can help you decide which is the right path for you.

T Levels

Riseholme has been chosen as one of a select few educational institutions across England to pioneer the new T Level qualifiations. The two-year courses, which launched in September 2020, are the equivalent of three A Levels.

These courses are designed for people aged 19 or over who want to return to education and prepare students to study at degree-level.

Access to Higher Education
