She now is the Ticket to Work Program Manager at Employment Resources Inc. (ERI), a private, nonprofit organization in Madison, Wis., which works to increase employment opportunities for people with disabilities. The Ticket to Work Program is a Social Security Administration program that increases access to employment services for individuals receiving SSI/SSDI.
