Athletics for Men and Women The Ripon College athletic program seeks to establish and maintain an environment in which athletic activities are conducted as an integral part of the student athletes’ educational experience. The program establishes and maintains the values of cultural diversity and gender equity. Student athletes exhibit fairness, openness, honesty and sportsmanship in their relationship with officials, specta tors and other student athletes. In both men’s and women’s athletics, Ripon is a member of the National Col legiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Divi sion III, and a member of the Midwest Conference, an association of 10 colleges in Iowa, Illinois, and Wisconsin.
