You may email your request to SCS@ringling.edu or send via U.S. Postal Service. We must receive your cancellation request no fewer than 5 business days before the start of class. A $25 administration fee will be assessed and deducted from your tuition refund. The effective date of cancellation will be upon receipt of your written notification.

The syllabus is provided at the first-class session. Faculty and Staff waiver benefits are limited to space availability. See the Staff Handbook, Index 521.

Please save SCS@ringling.edu in your email contacts. Download your course supply list(s) at www.rcad.augusoft.net at the course description. Students are responsible for purchasing their supplies unless otherwise noted. Class location details are noted in your receipt. Students attending class on the Main Campus will be sent a location confirmation email and campus map. Online class Zoom links will be emailed to you one day prior to the class start.
S C H E D U L E C H A N G E S A N D C A N C E L L AT I O N S Unforeseen circumstances may deem it necessary to postpone, cancel or reschedule a course, alter fees, or assign an alternate instructor without notice. When possible, students will be notified of changes prior to the first class. Students enrolled in a cancelled class may transfer to a different class or receive a full refund.
