Buster was born at Halifax, NS, on December 17, 1916. He joined the Canadian Army, Ordnance Corps in February 1942 and served in Canada until 1947. He passed away in January 1975. Submitted by Middleton Branch 001 of The Royal Canadian Legion.

TURNER, Huntley Kenneth

Huntley was born in Marie Joseph, Guysborough County, NS. He served with the 56th Canadian Signals Squadron in Canada and Egypt. Submitted by the Stellarton Branch 028 of The Royal Canadian Legion.

VARNER, Ray Edward

Ray was born in New Germany, NS, in 1923. He served the Army in England, and Overseas in Paris, Italy and Germany. He was awarded the 1939-1945 Star, Italy Star, France & Germany Star, and the Canadian Volunteer Service Medal and Clasp. Ray passed away in 1995. VAUGHAN, Arthur Ernest

Arthur was born in Martin’s Point, NS, in 1926. He served with the Merchant Marine from May 5, 1943 to September 20, 1943. Submitted by Harding Branch 144 of The Royal Canadian Legion.

VAUGHAN, Clyde Albert
