Earth relates to our interconnection with nature. Being grounded, balanced and in harmony with the environment which lives within and around your home.

Fire is passion, warmth, and energy. A glow that is felt and not always seen.

Water symbolises flow, an immersion into ease and calm that brings a sense of clarity.

Air is the life force that circulates ambiance and vitality. A freshness and balance that sustains.

Space is all encompassing, all the elements exist and are held within it. It is vast and accommodating, infinite in potential.

Who We Are

Elements Design & Build was formed by people who value design, innovation and sustainability. The company designs and builds beautiful and functional modern homes and development projects across Victoria.

Each project is designed for the specific site, taking into consideration design principles and the clients requirements.

Design and finish options are limitless, but every design is the result of genuine collaboration with each client.

At Elements, our aim is to design sustainable luxury homes. Our approach is to work closely with the clients, and our range of specialist - consultants to achieve the best outcome possible.

Every house is a Custom design and we want to leave no leaf unturned in the process of experiencing the spaces before it is built.

We provide 3D images & walk through videos and Layout Walk through - that let you experience the house before it is built.

The high quality renditions of the house enable us to enhance and improve the designs of the house of your dreams.

Our team of experienced Virtual Reality and 3D visualizers assist you through the design development stage.

We collaborative with a team of Interior Designers, Architects and Landscape designers add value to the design of the house and the landscape so that we can achieve a coherent house for you.

They assist you in selecting the right colours, materials and texture that complement the design ideas of your house.

Conceptualise the unbuilt, immerse yourself in every space, and gain a full understanding of size and scale – before building commences.

Big Plans integrated projection, augmented and virtual reality technology allows you to take a full scale 1:1 walk through of your floorplan, to experience each room, make the changes you want, and move forward with confidence.

The benefit for you? The peace of mind knowing your plans are exactly how you want them to be. And, avoiding the costly fallout of changing them later.

WALK THROUGH YOUR HOUSE

Your Journey to Build the Designer Home

Come in to our office and lets discuss your requirements, ideas and vision. Have a look at one of our spec homes to see what we build.

We start off with a discussion with the designer to explore the possibilities and opportunities that the site has to offer. Our design team love to create a home for you that is crafted thoughfully.

Once we have finalised the preliminary design layout, we visit the BIG PLANS facility with you to see how the house feels at actual scale - 1:1. This is our opportunity to tweek the design where required to improve the practicality of the layout.

Based on the layout, site conditions and the desired inclusions, we develop a elaborated pricing proposal. This takes into account the pricing considering your requirements.

Once the design is confirmed our interior designers then assist in creating the masterpiece you call home. They first try to understand what style you are after and then base their suggestions & recommendations on that.

Once all the details are finalised, we prepare contracts for your signing. After this, our permit processing team starts gathering all the paperwork for the statutory approvals and structural engineering. Once the permits are received, the build process can then start.

Design Rouge

We have partnered with leading interior design studio, Design Rouge to provide our customers with a personalised interior design consultation.

From commencement to completion, the design team will work concurrently, handling every detail of your home, providing an allembracing experience. This commitment is made possible through the contributions of a close-knit team of diversely talented design experts.
